NORTHSTAR checks loudness, dynamics, tone and the vocal against the beat while the song plays, and explains what it hears. Ask it in plain English, preview its plan and apply it as one undo step. It runs on your computer, nothing is uploaded. Ten NORTHFX Lite effects come built in.

What is the best free FL Studio alternative?
That depends on how you work. If you build beats from patterns, write in a piano roll and mix in a channel mixer, NORTHFX Studio gives you that workflow for free, with an AI mix assistant and ten NORTHFX effects built in. It runs on Windows 10 and 11.
Can I open FL Studio projects (.flp) in NORTHFX Studio?
No. NORTHFX Studio cannot open .flp projects. Export your stems from FL Studio as WAV files and drag them into NORTHFX Studio; tempo and key can be set in the project.
Do my VST plugins work in NORTHFX Studio?
64-bit VST3 plugins work in NORTHFX Studio. VST2, AU and AAX are not supported.
Is NORTHFX Studio free for commercial use?
Yes. The music you make with NORTHFX Studio is yours, also for releases and sales. There is no watermark and no time limit.
